Charles Goldstuck

Executive Chairman

Charles Goldstuck is the Executive Chairman of TouchTunes. He joined the company in 2009 and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer prior to becoming Executive Chairman. Before TouchTunes, Mr. Goldstuck was President and Chief Operating Officer of Bertelsmann Music Group (BMG), where he oversaw the business operations of the BMG Label Group including the RCA Music Group (RCA Records, J Records, Arista Records) and the Zomba Label Group (Jive Records, LaFace Records and Verity Records). The BMG Label Group is home to superstar artists Usher, Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston, Dave Matthews Band, Chris Daughtry, Foo Fighters, OutKast, Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, Sarah McLachlan, Rod Stewart, and Avril Lavigne, among many others. 


Mr. Goldstuck began his career at music publisher Warner/Chappell Music in Los Angeles heading up the Latin American division. He later joined Capitol Records where he rose to Executive Vice President. Following that he moved to New York to be Executive Vice President/General Manager of Arista Records. In 2000, Mr. Goldstuck left Arista with Clive Davis to form J Records, a joint venture with BMG, which was eventually merged with RCA Records to form the RCA Music Group. In 2004, he was elevated into the role of President and COO of BMG (U.S.).

Mr. Goldstuck is a board member of various corporate entities, as well as a number of philanthropic organizations. Mr. Goldstuck was educated at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Ross Honey

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ross Honey is President and Chief Executive Officer at TouchTunes. Before TouchTunes, Mr. Honey was at Microsoft for 10 years where he was the General Manager of Monetization for Windows, Skype and Outlook.com.  Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Entertainment & Advertising at Xbox, where he was responsible for all entertainment content experiences and the advertising business across all Xbox devices and services. Mr. Honey’s first role at Microsoft was leading the Xbox global entertainment content acquisition group. In this role, Mr. Honey and his team worked with leading entertainment producers and aggregators to secure premium content that formed the foundation of the shift for Xbox from a gaming device to an entertainment platform.

Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Honey spent three years as VP of Business Development at Scholastic Media in New York where he led all business development for the TV, film and software division. There, he built a strong partnership with Fisher-Price, jointly creating and launching the popular “Read with Me” DVD series, which allowed pre-school students to follow along and interact with classic children’s stories on their TV.

Mr. Honey began his career in media & entertainment as a Principal at the management consulting firm Booz-Allen & Hamilton from 1995-2001. He worked closely with clients to develop growth strategies, spanning the full range of media segments including print, film, television, online and music.

Mr. Honey is a frequent speaker at industry events all over the world, most notably IAB Mixx at Ad Week New York, IAB Engage, the Cannes Festival of Creativity, and CES. He was also named to the Ad Week 50 in both 2012 & 2013 and was profiled in “5 Patterns of Extraordinary Careers” (Crown Business, 2003) by James Citrin and Rick Smith.

Mr. Honey holds an Artium Baccalaureatus, cum laude, from Duke University in History and Economics and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business.

Patrick Barry

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Barry is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TouchTunes. Mr. Barry has over 25 years of experience with leading companies in the digital media, online retail, publishing and restaurant industries. Prior to joining TouchTunes, Barry was CFO of Oberon Media.com, a casual games solutions company, and DSR Holdings, a restaurant holdings company. Barry was one of the founding members at Bluefly.com (NASDAQ BFLY), where he spent 10 years growing the business to $95 million in revenues. Barry also served as CFO and COO of Audible Inc. and CFO of Warner Music Enterprises. His extensive background in finance included work at Book-of-the-Month Club, Time Warner and Arthur Andersen LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and received his MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business with a concentration in finance.

Jamie Sura

Senior Vice President of Sales

Jamie Sura is Senior Vice President of Sales for TouchTunes, responsible for driving continuous revenue growth through effective channel management and strategic sales initiatives.  Previously at TouchTunes, Mr. Sura was responsible for National Accounts, the Technical Services team and Canada, and also supported the transformation and reorganization of the Inside Sales team.  Prior to joining TouchTunes, Mr. Sura served as Vice President, Small and Medium Business at Bell Canada.  Mr. Sura previously held a number of leadership, operational and strategic sales and management roles with small and large companies including IBM and Snap-On Tools.  Mr. Sura holds a BA with a major in Physics from Colgate University.

Pam Schoenfeld

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Pam Schoenfeld is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at TouchTunes, managing all legal and business affairs for the company. Before joining TouchTunes, Ms. Schoenfeld was Deputy General Counsel at DoubleClick Inc., which was acquired by Google Inc. in 2008. Ms. Schoenfeld then worked at Google following the acquisition. Ms. Schoenfeld began her career in private practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and later at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Prior to that, Ms. Schoenfeld worked in the Mayor’s Office for the City of New York.

Vicki Saunders

Senior Vice President, Marketing and Programming

Vicki Saunders is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Programming at TouchTunes, responsible for music programming, consumer promotions, label relations and ad sales marketing for the company. Vicki has over 20 years of experience with leading companies in the entertainment, digital media, and publishing industries.  Prior to joining TouchTunes in 2007, she was the Vice President of Marketing at SpiralFrog, an ad-supported digital music platform. Vicki has also held senior marketing positions at Conde Nast, Seventeen Magazine, Marvel Entertainment Group and The Walt Disney Company. Vicki has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Marc Felsen

Senior Vice President, Corporate and Product Marketing

Marc Felsen is the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Product Marketing at TouchTunes.  Marc joined TouchTunes in 2007, and is responsible for driving B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across  TouchTunes’ portfolio of products and services.  Prior to joining TouchTunes, Marc was Director of Marketing for Actimize, a financial technology start-up that was acquired by NICE System in 2007.  Prior to Actimize, Marc held senior product and marketing positions at Google DoubleClick, Intel, and several technology startups.  Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
