Test The New TouchTunes App

You sure can! You’ll be able to log in to the Beta using your existing account created with: 

• your email and password
• your Facebook © account
• your Apple ID ©

Please note: in the Beta version of the app, some account information or features may not be available. Please bear with us as this is a work in progress! 

Your saved payment information will NOT be transferred and will need to be entered manually – please see the “Will my saved payment methods transfer over to the Beta?” FAQ for more information.

The Beta version of the TouchTunes app includes most features you can expect to see in the full release, but there are a few things we’re still working on!

In the Beta version of the TouchTunes app, payment information will NOT be transferred and will need to be re-entered manually. But don’t worry – adding a new payment method in our new app is easy! 

To add a new payment method to the TouchTunes app: 

1. Tap the Wallet 💰 icon in the top right corner (the gold coin icon with a number next to it) 

2. Tap the "Payment Method" option 

3. Select "Add card" to add a credit card

When adding a new card, you'll be asked to provide: 

• the card number
• expiration date
• 3-digit CVV number
• billing ZIP code 

When you're ready, tap the highlighted "Add Card" to save it!

NOTE: After adding a credit or debit card to your account, if it doesn't appear right away on your Wallet screen, tap "Payment Method" again to refresh the list - your new card should be there!

To log in to your account, simply tap the Profile tab and tap Start Playing! 

You’ll also be prompted to log in when performing actions that require you to be logged in, such as playing a song, making a credit purchase in the Wallet screen, or accessing account details in the Settings ⚙ screen. screen. 

On the pop-up menu, tap the option to log in with your existing account that uses:

• Google©
• Facebook©
• Apple ID©
• Your email and password

If you need to reset your password, please visit our “How do I reset my password?” FAQ. Note that if your account was created using a third party sign-in option, email and password changes must be performed through that app/service. 

If you're already logged in to an account and need to log out, follow these steps: 

1. Tap the "Profile" tab on the bottom navigation bar 

2. Tap Settings ⚙ at the top right corner (the gear icon) 

3. Tap "Log out" and then tap "Confirm"  

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at the login screen by following these instructions: 

1. Tap the Profile tab on the bottom navigation bar 

2. Tap “Play TouchTunes” 

3. Tap “Log in with Email” 

4. Tap “Forgot password?” 

5. Enter your account email address and tap “Next” 

6. Check your email for a password reset link – be sure to check your spam folder!

Follow the instructions within the link to reset your password! Please remember to use the “Log in with email” option when you return to the app.  

Note that these instructions only apply to accounts created using an email and password in the TouchTunes app – accounts created using Facebook or Apple ID require any email or password changes to be made directly through those services.

Our developers are hard at work making the best possible TouchTunes experience for you - if you encounter any bugs or issues, we urge you to report them to us using our Bug Report form so we can take care of it! You may experience an issue deleting your saved credit card if it is currently saved as your default payment method. To successfully delete it, please follow these steps: 

1. Tap the Wallet 💰 icon in the top right corner (the gold coin icon with a number next to it) 

2. Tap the "Payment Method" option 

3. Select any payment method other than the one you'd like to delete, and tap it to swap your default payment method 

4. Tap "Edit" 

5. The Delete ⛔ button should now appear next to the saved credit card 

6. Tap Delete ⛔ and Confirm to delete the payment method 

In order to ensure TouchTunes users are able to receive purchase receipts and other TouchTunes communications, and that accounts are made using valid email addresses, the new version of the TouchTunes app will require existing accounts to verify their email address before making a purchase. 

When you first log in to the new app, or when you attempt to make a credit purchase, a prompt to validate your email address will appear and an email will automatically be sent to your email address on file. Check your inbox and click the link in that email to complete the validation process! If you don’t see the email rightaway, check your SPAM folder.  

If you didn't receive anything, tap "Request a new one" or "Resend email" on the prompt to send the validation email again. If you aren't receiving anything, or your displayed email is incorrect or has a typo, tap "Change my email" to update it!

NOTE: Your email address can also be changed by visiting the Profile tab - for more information, please see our FAQ article: "How do I change my email address?" 

Existing accounts created using Facebook or Apple ID do not require email validation through TouchTunes, since those services require validation themselves.
