How do I confirm my Bar Rewards account information?
Click on the link sent to you via email the next time you're at your TouchTunes venue and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your information.
I pressed the P2 button on my remote and nothing happened, what now?
P2 signup is only supported on certain jukebox models. If P2 does not work at your location, you can sign-up for Bar Rewards by clicking "Can't Use P2 Button?" on the sign-up directions page and following the onscreen instructions.
I don't have a wireless remote, can I still confirm my membership?
If you do not have a wireless remote at your location, you can confirm your membership for Bar Rewards by clicking "Can't Use P2 Button?" on the sign-up directions page and following the onscreen instructions.
My P2 code is not working, what do I do?

Why am I being asked to confirm my Bar Rewards account information?
We periodically ask users to re-confirm their Bar Rewards membership information to keep our records up-to-date and ensure the integrity of our program.
What happens if I don't confirm my Bar Rewards account by the deadline?
Unfortunately, you will be removed from the Bar Rewards program and you will no longer be eligible to receive weekly free credits. However, you can re-enroll by confirming your account information using the P2 button on your remote control.
